| The concept of the Vasa Foundation began with the death of a matriarch, Late Smt. Diwaliben Himmatlal Vasa in the Vasa business family and the return to focus on the human side of life and living. Bhupatrai Vasa, son, is a living example of selfless acts of humanity and his actions often extend beyond the family. Rasila Vasa, his wife, brilliantly balances spirituality, family and society. The Foundation evolved from the values and concerns that this family had at heart. |

It is puzzling, it is a problem and it is a predicament in today’s society. It is present in every community, every race, religion and creed. Civilization is progressing (apparently) but why is today’s society getting restricted to “I, Me and Myself”? Why is one’s self-centeredness preventing one from looking beyond? Why are the less fortunate denied the opportunity to achieve their dreams?
At Rasila & Bhupatrai Vasa Foundation, these concerns are more than worries. These are actual, real issues. One would be foolish not to think about them and try to resolve them. |
